What is AzerothCore?

AzerothCore is an open-source game server framework for World of Warcraft. It is a community-driven project that reproduces the game logic, dungeons, quests, spells, and world events so players can experience older versions of WoW on private servers.

At its heart, AzerothCore runs two main programs:

• Authserver — handles logins and checks that your account and password match.
• Worldserver — the actual game world: maps, creatures, NPCs, loot, spells, and everything that happens while you play.

Both servers read from a set of MySQL databases (auth, characters, and world) that store accounts, characters, items, quests, and game content. Because the source code is open, server owners can customize rates, add custom content, fix bugs, and run expansions from classic WoW through Wrath of the Lich King.

How do I play on Mythica?

1. Create an account and confirm your email address.
2. Download the Mythica client using the button above once it is available.
3. Point the client's realmlist to the Mythica server and log in with your email and password.
